Prado National Museum in Madrid: Queue Jump

Now you can buy tickets to visit the Prado Museum in Madrid (Museo del Prado de Madrid) without having to queue. 

Based on the former Spanish Royal Collection, the Prado is a beautiful old castle with more than a thousand fascinating works of display. From the Spanish masters like Velázquez and Goya, to works by TizianoRembrandtEl GrecoRubens and more, it is a must see for the art lover. 

The Prado is home to one of the most important art galleries of the world, with a collection of paintings that are of great importance and significance to the Spanish art history. In addition, it holds some of the finest collections of European art in the world between 12th and 19th century. 

 Be sure to collect a free map at the ticket office or in the information desk just inside the entrance. It features the locations of 50 of Prado’s most famous works as well as room numbers to all of the biggest artists.

  • Entry via Jerónimos entrance with skip the line tickets 
  • Wheelchair accessible 
  • Open hours: Monday – Saturday; 10:00 – 20:00, Sundays and holidays; 10:00 – 19:00 (Last entry 30 minutes before closing) 
  • Entry via smartphone is acceptable, it is not obligatory to print the ticket 
  • Free access to the Permanent Collection on Monday – Saturday; 18:00 – 20:00, Sundays and holidays; 17:00 – 19:00 
  • Special timetable on 24th December, 31st December and 6th January; 10:00 – 14:00 
  • Closed on 25th December, 1st of January and 1st of May 
  • Keep your voucher with you during the whole visit as employees can ask to see it 
  • Photos and videos are prohibited
